Two thumbs up regarding Tims service call to our residence last Monday. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the visit. We also appreciate the counseling and advice he gave us regarding our aging water heater and will request that he is one of the team sent out to install a new one when I place the service order.

Two of your employees, James and Luke, came to my home to correct a bathroom problem. The toilet was leaking like a rather large waterfall!

While they were here I mentioned to them a problem with my shower.

They replaced the toilet fill valve and flapper, and the shower cartridge.

This was done quickly, cleanly, quietly and fixed right. The gentlemen were professional,and informed me of the price before any work was started. Should I need any plumbing in the future, I will not hesitate to call you, or recommend you to anyone!
